The WPU Library’s borrowing policy is information on loan periods, renewals, fines & fees, and categories of patron types.
Loan Periods
Based on your patron type, you can loan materials out for different amounts of time.

| Inter Library Loans | 4 weeks (6 days for AV items & restricted materials), renewals can be requested from owning library | |

| AV Materials | 7 days, renewable for up to 7 more days | |
| Reserves | 2 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours, 24 hours, 2 days or 5 days (set by professor), no renewals | |

Fines & Fees
Overdue fines are assessed to encourage prompt return of borrowed library materials. Fines apply all days and all hours the library is open and accrue until late items are returned or renewed.
