Our Story is a celebration of Black life in Oregon featuring photos, documents, video, & artifacts hosted online in Multnomah County Library’s The Gallery with contributions from partner institutions such as Vancouver Avenue First Baptist Church, the City of Portland, Oregon Historical Society, & local artists like Elijah Hassan.  This resource focuses on the people, actions, & events that continue to shape this dynamic community.
